Health and Safety Induction Films
A short film is an effective way to introduce project, the key team members and critical Health and Safety information, including specific project risks. Clipfine will manage the process from devising the content of the film with you, managing the filming, rough editing for your comment and then final editing. The film can be formatted to load on DVD or into a file viewable on the internet if required.
Site Visitor Leaflets
A professional way of welcoming new team members, operatives and visitors to the project is with a Site Visitor Leaflet. Reflecting project or corporate branding where required, the leaflet can contain information such as an overview of the project, locations of welfare facilities, recycling efforts, entrances/exists and local facilities such as banks and shops. It can be easily updated as the project progresses.
Neighbour Websites
Neighbour websites have been devised to efficiently deliver community and project information such as crane activities, road closures, design, progress and relevant information which impact the local community. Their focus is on the production of information relevant to the construction phase. The Clipfine team collates the information and then produces relevant and timely information for the local neighbours, any incoming occupants, the project team and site workforce via the dedicated website.
Events
We are also available to manage a full range of project events from project kick-off away days, topping-out events and project completion parties. The management of these can involve everything from invitation production and management, venue and catering sourcing, pre-event site modifications to the management of the entire event itself.
